 * extglob in bash2.05b was slow with accurev command completion
   replaced command lookup with a hardcoded pipe-delimited list rather
   than using a variable and @(...) matching
 * added 'secinfo' command
 * added '-p' option for mktrig
 * removed '-v' option for show; invalid option/AccuRev docs are invalid
